Softic Buildimize app for iPhone and iPad

Softic Buildimize is a free application that complements a web solution named “Change order web solution”. It offer mobile access to some services of the web solution. Only the users having accounts on the web version can access the mobile application, using the same credentials.

Softic Buildimize application manage tickets for change of orders and proposals that summarize series of tickets for budget and payment approvals. Additionally, this application targets to improve the work flows and reduce the amount of manual works.
- Change of Order or Ticket: A document includes information of the project, responsible, change description and details of labors, materials, equipments and attachment to help the creator request for approvals of changing job details. There will be 3 different status of the tickets: 1)Pending/Submitted, 2)Returned/Voided, 3)Approved.
- Proposal: A document summarizes single or multiple tickets based on projects and contractors (by companies names and PCO number) and proposes a certain amount of budget need for finishing the CO, to the higher levels. (e.g. sub-subcontractor -> subcontractor -> general contractor)
- PCO & CO: Stand for Pending Change of Order and Change of Order. Different companies may have different numbers, but usually the ticket reviewers (e.g. GC Superintendent) will assign the PCO numbers based on the projects.
